SCRiM-supported publication, “How should robustness be defined for water systems planning under change?” by Jonathan Herman, Patrick Reed, Harrison Zeff, and Gregory Characklis, has been selected to receive the 2016 Quentin Martin Best Paper Award.
This paper was selected from all 2015 publications in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Journal of Water Resources Planning & Management.
Dr. Quentin Martin, was an innovative and successful water resource planner and a frequent contributor to ASCE water resource planning and management committees, conferences, and journals. Awarded papers cover any relevant topic, but must clearly demonstrate the application of advanced or advancing civil engineering technology solution to a real-world problem.
